Cabbagetown

Recognized as the “largest continuous area of preserved Victorian housing in all of North America”, Cabbagetown derives its name from Irish immigrants in the 1840s who grew cabbage in their front yards.

City Place

One of Toronto’s newer neighbourhood, an excellent choice if you are looking to forget about a commute and experience the best downtown Toronto has to offer.

Corktown

Is one of downtown’s most affordable neighbourhoods and is very popular with young professionals due to convenience of its location.

 
 

Danforth Village

The Danforth Village is very popular due in part to its excellent shopping district as well as easy subway access along the Danforth.

Distillery District

The Distillery District boasts the largest and best preserved Victorian Industrial Architecture in North America. This unique pedestrian only neighbourhood is one of Toronto’s most sought after neighbourhoods for young professionals.

East York

Historically a neighbourhood with a high percentage of seniors, East York is undergoing a demographic change. Many young families are moving in due to the relatively affordable housing and easy access to downtown Toronto.

 
 

Fort York

Named after the Fort York military garrison, this high-density neighbourhood is expected to include 6,000 condominium residences when construction is complete. Many of these residences enjoy waterfront or cityscape views.

King West Village

One of Toronto’s fastest growing neighbourhoods, King West Village includes residential buildings, commercial buildings and one of Toronto’s most active nightclub and bar scenes. 

Leaside

A very family centered neighbourhood, Leaside is in very high demand. Leaside includes excellent schools as well as a shopping district along Bayview Avenue.

 
 

Leslieville

With its close proximity to downtown, Leslieville is a great neighbourhood in high demand for working class professionals.

Liberty Village

A 43-acre master-planned community, this neighbourhood draws young professionals, especially from media, high-tech and design businesses.

Riverdale

Known for its quaint Victorian homes, Riverside is known as the gateway to Toronto’s east end.

A walk along Queen Street in this neighbourhood will show a great resurgence of life in this neighbourhood. Filled with trendy restaurants and bars, Riverside has great character.   

Rosedale

For over 100 years Rosedale has been home to some of Toronto’s wealthiest citizens. Surrounded by beautiful ravines, it’s hard to imagine that Rosedale is only a few minutes away from Toronto’s busy core.

St.Lawrence

The St. Lawrence neighbourhood is as old as Toronto itself and boast Toronto’s biggest farmer’s market, which was founded in 1803.

 
 

The Annex

The Annex includes residents from all walks of life, from University of Toronto students, to artists to successful business people.

The Beach

Love to live close to the water? Look no further than the Beaches. With a range of outdoor activities, community events such as the Jazz Festival and local shopping along Queen Street, there is something for everyone.

Trinity Bellwoods

The focal point of this neighbourhood is the very beautiful Trinity-Bellwoods Park but also includes relatively affordable housing, excellent shopping and access to major transportation routes for motorists.
